In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's auto sales,car insurance services as a companion demand has also made great progress.However,with the growing demand for car insurance does not match,auto insurance services still exist in a single product,the terms of duplication,the scope of the protection of narrow and other defects.In view of this,the China Insurance Regulatory Commission will in 2015 to develop made the CIRC will views on deepening the reform of commercial vehicle insurance terms and premium rates management system of China Insurance Regulatory Commission issued[2015]No.18,decided to officially launch the car insurance premium rate market reform.The core of the reform is to make the car insurance premium pricing by the market and by the past of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission will uniformly promulgated on the grounds of change from the insurance company to determine the main for the insurance company the auto insurance business has brought new opportunities and challenges.Under the background of this reform,this paper chooses GS insurance company as a case,through analyzing the current situation and development bottleneck of its auto insurance business,analyzes its strategic environment in the face of reform,and puts forward a new business strategy.In this paper,first of all,the theoretical knowledge of business strategy management is expounded,and the market oriented reform of auto insurance rates are reviewed and summarized in this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the current situation and development bottleneck of GS company as a case of auto insurance management.Then,using PEST analysis,Porter's five forces model,SWOT analysis and other analysis tools of GS company in the insurance fee change background,facing the strategic environment analysis.Finally GS company in the insurance fee change made in the course of business strategic planning and design,one is determined GS with car insurance premium rate market of company's strategic goals;second,it puts forward specific business strategy;three is to make clear the principles of strategic management;fourth,according to the actual conditions of the GS company,organizational structure segmentation,to develop a management strategy ideas;the fifth is make specific strategic response to the program content according to the business strategy thinking,for GS company to design the business strategic solutions to implement the plan,finally to adjust business strategy were estimated.Proposed by the business strategic environmental analysis and management strategy can not only help GS company in the car insurance premium rate market reform tide to find the transformation and development,also can provide the effective reference for other insurance companies.
