With the right of international trade liberalized,more and more enterprises and even individuals engaged in international trade industry,which brought enormous pressure to the traditional international trade agencies.The business of traditional international trade agencies is from bad to worse,even in a dilemma.Since the reform and opening-up,the international trade began to present a new connotation,characteristic and mode with the popularization of science and technology in the network,as well as the rapid development of the e-commerce.Under the new situation,how the international trade agency restructures and upgrades to achieve the survival and development of enterprises has become an urgent subject.This paper analyzed that the traditional trade agency as the main force of international trade would not easily disappear by using labor division theory of Adam Smith and transaction cost theory of Ronald H.Coase.Meanwhile.It carried out a survey of the trade agencies in China through questionnaire,analyzed the operating status,internal defects,opportunities etc.of the enterprises,and re-understood the nature and the practical significance of traditional enterprises based on data analysis.Finally,it tried to summarize and put forward the strategy that transforming and upgrading the traditional trade agencies----building the integrated service platform of international trade,as well as provide effective suggestions for the survival and development of modern trade enterprises.This paper consists of five parts.Chapter 1: Introduction,which described the background and significance of topics,as well as the literature review involved and research methods used in this thesis.Chapter 2: The dilemma of traditional trade agency in China,which elaborated the theory and characteristics,advantages,defects and problems of the traditional trade agencies in China.Chapter 3:Transformation of traditional trade agency in China.It clearly confirmed the main factors that restricting the transformation of the trade agencies,and puts forward the necessity of reforming the traditional trade agencies according to the current situation of the national economy.Chapter 4: The innovation of international trade and transformation of traditional trade agency.Through studying and analyzing the new situation of the international trade,it summed up the new mode of transformation and upgrading of the international trade enterprises,and built up integrated service platform to develop our international trade based on the existing service platform of the international trade;Chapter 5: Conclusion and suggestions.It made a summary of the above analysis,and put forward the problems and deficiencies.
