Research On Listed Companies Performance Of Agricultural Products Processing Industry Based On Factor Analysis

Agricultural product processing industry in our country is in a strategic pillar industry and people'd livelihood industry status in national economy.At present,the agricultural product processing industry presents the following characteristics:industry scale integration;Industrial structure and development layout adjustment further deepening;Tertiary industry become a new form.Processing of agricultural products listed companies as the industry leader,influences the development of the industry as a whole,and by analyzing the number of listed companies,industry and region distribution,management benefit,we found that the number of listed companies increased year by year,the enterprise benefit is intermingled;Listed companies mainly relates to the eleven sub industries,analyzing performance of the present situation of the eleven agricultural products processing industry listed companies and studying how to improve the operating performance of listed agricultural products processing enterprises,has important practical significance on giving full play to their role as the leading listed companies.Based on the existing performance related theory and research,choose 203 agricultural products processing listed companies in 2014 as research samples,select 15 indexes of five aspects to build agricultural products processing of the listed company performance evaluation system.Use SPSS16.0 for factor analysis,obtaining more than two hundred listed companies scores in five aspects,comprehensive performance scores and ranking.The study found that:China's agricultural products processing business performance of listed companies have different performance,and present serious differentiation;Disequilibrium of the five aspects is the embodiment of slow enterprise development and poor performance of agricultural product processing industry,the overall performance improvement depends on the improvement of of each part.On this basis,the paper carried out specific analysis on the top 20 enterprises from five aspects and from integrated aspects,found the concentrated fruit industry,and combined with the enterprise internal and external environment analysis,summed up the cause factors of these enterprises' good performance.At last,it is concluded that the macro industry policy support;Their own management standardization and carrying out the informatization mode;Production and stable production base construction;Offline in sales channel of the optimization and development of electrical business channels play an important part of good performance.Based on the above analysis result,the paper pointed out that efforts should be taken from the external policy environment and the cultivation of their own comparative advantages,to improve the performance of the agricultural products processing enterprises.
