Research On The Cultivation Of Large Food Dealer In Hubei Province Based On Supply Chain Optimization

"The grain,the lives of people,the heavy treasure".Food production is an industry which is related to the national economic development and social stability.China is a developing country of agriculture,population and food consumption.Food security affects the development of national economy and social stability.In 2015,China's total grain output reached 621.435 million tons.The food production achieved "twelve consecutive increase".China's current overall grain supply and demand is in a looser form,but with the further advance of urbanization construction in our country,and the formal implementation of "comprehensive two children" policy,our country's food problem is still of great importance.As a relatively special supply chain,Food supply chain both has the general characters of general supply chain and its own features.Optimization of food supply chain can effectively control the stability of food supply chain.As one of the 13 major grain-producing areas,and one of the 10 food export province,Hubei has the necessity to optimize the food supply chain to cultivate large food dealer.From the present situation of the food supply chain of Hubei province and based on the analysis of the development of each link of food supply chain from production to consumption.This paper puts forwards the optimization scheme to set up leading enterprises of food supply chain.On the basis of the four international food dealer,this paper analyzes the development model and experience of the core enterprise of food supply chain,thus concludes the cultivating mode of large-scale food dealer in hubei province is to set up core enterprise of food supply chain in hubei province.
