Research On Optimization Model Of Sustainable Perishable Food Supply Chain Network

With the development of economy,more interests are aroused in the problems of environment and dwindling resources,sustainable development has been more and more attention.In order to keep up with the development of society,the food industry begins to pay close attention to the impact of the operational activities to environment and society.It needs cold-chain transportation for perishable food to ensure food safety,which will produce certain environmental pollution.Food safety problem is closely related to consumers' health,food enterprises shoulder the social responsibility of ensuring food safety on consumer.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the sustainable perishable food supply chain systematically and profoundly,construct the multi-objective network optimization model of the supply chain,aims to help enterprises to suit the development of the society and realize the sustainable development.Firstly,this article discusses the research background and research significances of sustainable perishable food supply chain network optimization,summarizes the current study situation domestic and overseas.The second chapter introduces the relevant theories and concepts of sustainable perishable food supply chain.Then,the third chapter describes the research questions,defines the parameters and constraint conditions of the model,based on this,establishes the two goals of sustainable perishable food supply chain network optimization model respectively from two dimensions of economic,environmental.Chapter four determines the social responsibility evaluation index of core enterprise in food supply chain,based on the Sustainable Development Report(GRI-G4)and Food Corporate Social Responsibility Report(CASS-CSR2.0).The sub objective function of social dimension of sustainable perishable food supply chain network optimization model is established on this index.In the fifth chapter,the paper introduces the integrated sustainable perishable food supply chain network optimization model and solving method,furthermore,by solving and comparing some numerical examples by Lingo,we analyze the results of supply chain network optimization under different circumstances.Finally the results of this study are summarized and analyzed,the results show that supply chain decision makers can not only consider a single goal,but to consider three dimensions of economic,environmental and social.It is relatively simple for networkstructure of perishable food supply chain integrated three dimensional goals,although the economic costs have increased,the comprehensive cost of the supply chain is not high,the carbon emissions presents a trend of decline,meanwhile,social efficiency improved.It is beneficial for promoting the competitiveness of the enterprises and realizing the sustainable development of the supply chain.Meanwhile,to realize the sustainable development of the supply chain and society,the guidance and intervention of the government are essential.
