Developing farmers' professional cooperatives is an effective way to help farmers to enhance their economic status and face to the fierce market competition. However, people do not know it in-depth, and the problems have arisen such as the lack of cooperatives system, management failed, all these have seriously hindered the daily operation of the cooperatives. Among these problems, the problem of human resource management is one of the most important factors that hinder the cooperatives developing, so how to resolve the problems efficiently existed in the human resources management is the key to the rapid development of farmers' professional cooperatives. L Farmers' Professional Cooperative is a cooperative founded by farmers themselves. It provides the members' agricultural products with the train service for producing, supplying and selling, which effectively promotes the development of local agricultural products. However, many problems of the cooperative in human resources management exist restricting the development of cooperative.Through investigating and analyzing the present situation of L Farmers' Professional Cooperative in human resource management, this article points out problems exist in human resources management, recruitment, employment, performance appraisal, incentive mechanism, staff training, etc. Suggestions are raised on strengthening human resources planning, optimizing of recruitment employment, improving the performance management, enriching the incentive mechanism, improving the quality of staff training and so on, which provides reference countermeasure for improving the human resource management of the cooperative.
