Application Of SFG Company's Management Information Platform Based On Oracle EBS System

The arrival of the "era of big data management", the Chinese government has introduced a number of policies to support the development of information technology, vigorously support the enterprises to build a unified and integrated management information platform. The so-called management information platform is that the enterprise establishes a management platform which is basis on ERP system,and realizes the goal of production and marketing integration?financial integration and group control integration, so as to eliminate the information asymmetry and business barriers, and support the management decision of the enterprises.Through the construction of enterprise information management platform, enterprises can improve their information construction and management level, promote the development of enterprise organization structure to flat, promote the enterprise decision-making scientific and tends to make the enterprise's operation towards integration, enhance enterprise sharing resource capacity, furthermore, improve the ability of enterprise business integration.This paper takes how to build the enterprise management information platform based on Oracle EBS system as research subject. First, elaborates the theoretical foundation of the construction of the enterprise management information platform. Secondly, takes SFG company management information platform construction as a case study, on the background of SFG company construction management information platform analysis, puts forward the solution of management information platform, and run an evaluation analysis for this solution. Finally, draws the conclusion that the construction of enterprise management information platform needs the guarantee of scientific guiding ideology, clear the evolution route driven, practical application solution and the effective guaranteeing system of enterprises, all four elements are indispensable, otherwise it will influence the quality of management information platform and the intended target.This paper aims to explore an effective way that guides how to establish the enterprise management information platform which is on the basis of Oracle EBS system, namely the realization of the group control integration depends on the integration of production and sales,the bridge between business and financial,and provide reference and guidance for the enterprises in the process of building management information platform in order to avoid detours and failure.
