HC Co.,Ltd.has developed into the pioneer company in the internal combustion counterbalance forklift industry through the introduction,absorption of Japan's Nissan internal combustion balance forklift technology,the production of various types of internal combustion counterbalance forklift,conquered the market because of stabilize the quality,affordable prices,attentive and efficient service quickly,sales accounted for almost 30%of the domestic market.And HC has restructured in 2000,enterprises glowed vitality through the system of innovation,with China's accession to the WTO in 2001,the internal combustion counterbalance forklift demand for blowout growth,HC seize the opportunity to quickly from the annual sales of about 3,000 units of the small business(2000 data)developed into an annual sales of nearly 80,000 units of large enterprises(2014 data).However,with the requirements of the national environmental protection laws and regulations continue to improve,people's awareness of environmental protection has been enhanced.the internal combustion counterbalance forklift market gradually from the demand growth model into a newer type,showing signs of growth weakness or even recession;On the contrary,the demand for electric forklifts has increased year by year.How to adapt to changes in the market,adjust the development strategy and maintain sustained and rapid development,is currently the most important issue for HC.This paper mainly uses the PEST analysis,the five force model and the SWOT strategy analysis to carry on the analysis to the HC Co.,Ltd.,the main achievements are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the development of HC in recent years,the paper concludes the challenges and bottlenecks of HC.(2)Analysis of domestic forklift industry and major competitors,and through the analysis of PEST model of five competitive factors of macro environment and forklift industry,discusses the HC strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats.(3)On the basis of full research and analysis,it puts forward the developmental goals,development ideas,strategic positioning and competition and development strategies of HC.(4)In order to maintain the domestic leading position and the competitive advantage of foreign countries of HC Co.,Ltd.it is clearly pointed out that the main strategic measures for the implementation of the strategy.Through the research of this paper,we puts forward a relatively feasible competition and development strategy for the enterprise,which combine the market development opportunities and their own advantages.What~'s more,it is also properly to make up for their own problems.The research has certain practical significance to provide a basis and reference for the further development of HC and provide valuable reference to the similar enterprises of forklift project.
