| Liubu is located in the south of jinan,jinan garden city,is the jinan water resources reserves,beautiful scenery,scenery,by experts recognized as the first town of ecological tourism in shandong province.After years of development,Liubu's cherry is especially rapid industrial development,already has a certain development level and scale advantage,become a pillar industry of the area and special advantage industries of national economy,but many problems still exist in the process of development.Cherry industry has become the Liubu's economy and culture is an important part of the development of industrialization of cherry is to take the market as the guidance,to economic benefits as the center,closely around the market demand,insist on science and technology as support,optimize the combination of production elements inside each area,the regional distribution,scale construction,specialized production and serialized processing,enterprise management,thus forming the integration of cultivation,sale,processing management system.The purpose of this study was to in both the willow industry port town of cherries in the analysis of the system theory,and puts forward countermeasures on the basis of this,the right decisions for the government,with the further advance of the port town of cherry industry.Hopes to put forward the corresponding countermeasure,to Liubu's cherry industry development play a role.Based on the theory of agricultural industrialization,the theory of characteristic agriculture,brand agriculture,leisure agriculture theory,SWOT analysis theory as the instruction,through using the method of literature analysis,field investigation,analysis,comparison and questionnaire survey,each link of Liubu's cherry industry development has carried on the system research.The aspects including local resources(including natural resources,human resources,information resources and social resources),as well as the whole cherry industry in the process of planting,production,processing,storage,sales,leading enterprises and cooperative,and so on and so forth.All aspects of the analysis results,and puts forward the strategic choice to promote the development of Liubu's cherry industry and development countermeasures.Strategic choices mainly include:taking market demand as the guidance,which is based on development of local famous brand,in order to improve the economic benefit as the center,to increase farmers' income of agriculture as the goal,to the local implementation of regional distribution,standardized production,integration management,professional production.Taking the path of agricultural industrialization,combine supply tight,new agricultural science and technology,take the sustainable development road.Specific for Liubu's cherry industry development countermeasures mainly include the following contents:adjust measures to local conditions,and improved variety;Be refrigerated of disease prevention and control of natural disasters and cherry,anti-corrosion;Establish seed-breeding base,improve the quality of cherry;To strengthen training of farmers,to improve the quality of the fruit;Implementation of the industrialization,promote the brand construction;The government must strengthen the service function,increase the intensity of support and funding;Support leading enterprises,go "company + base + peasant household"industry development mode;Give full play to the agricultural cooperative organization leadership,strengthen resistance natural risk and market risk ability;Intensify propaganda,implement the strategy of brand drive;Cooperate with the local rich tourist resources,the development of urban agriculture,leisure tourism activities such as agriculture and picking.Hope that through the above proposed countermeasures,will,to the promotion of Liubu's cherry industry to farmers increase production,to promote the development of economy in the area. |
