| Cherry industrialization is an operating system which is market-oriented, focusing on economic efficiency and correlating market demand tightly, adhere to scientific and technological support, optimizing combination of factors of production in various regions, implementing regional distribution, large-scale construction, specialized production, series of processing, enterprise management, and forming integration of cultivation, marketing and processing. It began large-scale cultivation of cherry since 1995 in Linqu. In recent years, Shandong Province Linqu committee and government have developed a cherry industry as an important measure to accelerate the transformation of agriculture and increase farmers’ income, also included in the evaluation of county’s scientific development and annual work performance. Cherry industrialization is the technological innovation of the traditional cherry industry in essence, and process of scientific and technological progress to promote the cherry industry. So Linqu specialty agriculture resort to a self-development, self-accumulation, selfdiscipline, and self-regulation of the healthy developing track. Linqu County and the whole country have made great progress in the cherry crop, with expanded cultivation, constantly updated varieties, and advanced orchard management techniques approaching with the world advanced countries. Cherry industrialization has become an important economic and cultural part in Linqu County.In this paper, literature and content analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative data analysis, empirical research, comparative research methods and case studies combining Linqu cherry on industrial development issues systematically. Formed the following conclusions:(1)Linqu cherry industry has gone through five stages of development: The first stage of historical records;The second phase of introduction to plant test phase; third stage exploratory stage of development; fourth stage of rapid development stage; fifth stage of industrial development to mature phase.(2)Linqu Cherry industrial development formed its own characteristics:First, highlight the bases, cultivate leading industries;Second, establish a brand name ideas, out of the characteristics of the road; Third, cultivate leading enterprises, to accelerate the industrialization process;Fourth, strengthen technical training for industrial development and providing technical support.(3)Linqu Cherry industrial development approach is:First, the breeding of new varieties, including stock options and an excellent selection of suitable varieties;The second is to promote the application of innovative technologies, developed innovative "long branches with flower cherry pick high technology", and the technology has been national invention patents, patent No. 200710015498.9;Third, the brand effect, the county has been awarded the "big cherry standardization demonstration bases", "cherry protected cultivation project counties" and so on, "Yuet Wah card" and "Serenade red" Cherry obtained China Green Food Development Center class A certification; Fourth, industrialization demonstration base construction, to the mountain town of Hanwang Cherry demonstration,for example, introduced the "Jiangbei greenhouse fruit first town" Cherry industrial achievements.(4)Linqu Cherry industrial development achieved remarkable results:First, the economic benefits,in 2014, the county cherry yield of 13500000 kg, the total income of 760000000 yuan, the products are mainly sold to Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian, Shenyang, Shenzhen and so on more than 10 large and medium-sized city; Second,social results,cherry industry to bring economic benefits to the people at the same time, also from the side to promote social harmony and stability; Third,ecological benefits,the planting area of industrialization of cherry increasing development can also promote the construction of rural landscape and improve the living environment.(5)Factors Linqu Cherry industrial development has:First, the natural factors, mountains, south of the northern plains limits Cherry regional development, frost, drought, floods also restricts Linqu cherry industrialization development process;Second, economic factors, including government support of small efforts, the majority of growers low economic base, and other leading companies invest enough;Third, social factors, including poor land transfer, market monopoly serious community on Cherry weak industrial thinking and understanding, etc.;Fourth, technological factors, including the lack of talent, cultivation technology behind industrial scale is not enough and so on.(6)The basic principles of Linqu Cherry industrial development is to be followed:First, the "three high" principle; Second is the principle of "focused, comprehensive development"; third is "local conditions, focusing on benefits" principle; Fourth, the principle of "operational mechanism innovation".(7)Cherry Linqu further development of industrialization should take the following measures:First, to develop greenhouse cultivation; Second, deepening the technical service system; Third, we must do a good job focusing on industrialization demonstration base of intensive management mode; four are playing the "county tourism, eco-living counties" This culture card; five actively seek to include varieties of agricultural insurance subsidies. |
