Research On Risk Management Of Financial Leasing Business Under The New Economic Norm

In recent years,China's financial leasing industry has been rapid development,the number of financial leasing companies continue to increase,the size of the leasing business continues to improve.Financial leasing plays a more and more important role in supporting the development of the real economy,promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and upgrading of product technology.The rapid development of financial leasing industry put forward higher requirements for the risk management of financial leasing business.The theory of risk management of financial leasing company,the improvement of risk management tools,to better support the development of financial leasing industry,maximum control financing lease business risks faced in the process of development,to ensure the financial leasing industry sustained and healthy development has very important significance.The economy of our country is facing the structure adjustment,the transformation of the development mode,the profound transformation,the people business,peoples creativity,new economic norm has gradually become a new tone in the period of economic development.In the context of economic restructuring,the financial leasing industry is facing new opportunities for development and constantly exposed new risk factors,and constantly strengthen the risk management of financial leasing business will face new challenges.In this paper,first from the concept of risk,the risk of financial leasing business elements and the formation of a preliminary study.On the financing lease business risk category and the corresponding risk management measures were in-depth study,traditional business risks facing the financing and leasing business of credit risk,market risk,operation risk,policy risk are discussed in this paper.Secondly,under the new economic normal financing lease business new expression form of the risk,such as the information asymmetry risk,design risk,cooperation risk,business risk,litigation risk cause of formation were analyzed.Finally,combined with the case,how to achieve a more effective prevention of all kinds of risks under the new economic norm is studied and discussed,as well as financial leasing companies to conduct business risk management provides a theoretical basis.The addition to carry on the elaboration to the traditional theory of financing lease business risk.Based on examples and the current economic situation,the financing lease business risk new forms and management countermeasures were discussed,the corresponding ideas and suggestions are put forward.These ideas and suggestions are combined with many years of experience of the author summed up the income,and hope to better deal with the new situation of financial leasing business risk to provide a useful reference.
