The Research On Risk Management Of Financing Leasing In YDGJ Leasing Company

Financial leasing refers to a new type of lease that the lessor buys the equipment for the production and operation of the lessee and takes back the purchase of the principal and the additional interest within a certain period.Due to the law of economic operation and the demand of market development,financial leasing develops rapidly in the world.Financial leasing project risk collection financial risk and lease risk each of the characteristics and one,making the risk management process of its identification,analysis,management is difficult,the program is more complex.This paper,taking the financial leasing business of YDGJ leasing company as an example,deeply studies the form and service group of financing lease business,and expounds the current situation,existing problems and the role in the socialist market economy system of our country with the financing lease business.It uses the SWOT analysis method to objectively locate the internal and external environment of the company financing lease project,aiming at the inferior project.Potential and threat identify potential credit risk,operational risk,liquidity risk,industry risk and market risk.Based on the results of expert investigation,we construct risk matrix,carry out qualitative risk analysis,arrange the priority of five kinds of risks,and then use trend extrapolation method to modify the priority of qualitative analysis through quantitative risk analysis.The cause of the risk,the impact of risk and the external performance of a certain assessment,the risk priority as the guidance,try to use foreign developed more mature coping strategies,risk management and control optimization measures,to guide the YDGJ leasing company financing leasing projects in the actual operation.
