Small And Medium-sized Engineering Contracting Companies In The Room Works In Project Management Research

As the rapid development of EEEP(Engineering of Electronic Equipment Plant) industry, its scale of market is expanding and its technique concept is running to "Integration". In the process of the design and deployment of the EEEP, the possibility and necessity of carrying the standardization almost exist in every aspect. How to make out feasible system of item management and how to effectively program and control the EEEP item ,is the key of profiting and developing for the company contracted withBased on my working experience ,I have taken some items completed for example and analysed some problems in the progam ,design ,bid ,construction of the EEEP .Also ,I have used relative theories and methods to summarize effective styles of reply and management .Thus former situation that every specialty cooperated incompactly and the schedule moved slowly has improved.To sum up the theories of item management and the experiences of project management ,I have put forward some suggestions that adapt to the practises of contract of EEEP project for the companies which contract withsmall and middle projects . To adapt to the need of market economy ,making the items management moving in the state of high quality and high effect,and to increase the satisfaction of customs eventually ,they have certain use of referrences.
