Since more and more firms enter the market, the manager of those firms also realizes the importance of the outstanding talents. The talented people play a significant role in the development of modern companies. They are the value and important resources towards a firm. Therefore, the remuneration system is the key point to a company to keep and encourage the talents. It is not only the salary, but also the bonus to arouse the employees’initiative. Nowadays, more managers realize the importance of the remuneration. The remuneration can be considered as the first key point in the firm’s management and plays an essential role in the competition. If the company wants to have a success on human resource management, they must take a reasonable remuneration system based on their own situation. It will also help firms to attract more talents and finally complete the goal of enterprise strategy.This paper is focused on the research of the remuneration system of the KH Company. The paper divided into four parts. The first part is comparing the difference of the remuneration system in our country and foreign countries. The second part is my analysis to the remuneration system of the KH Company. I also point some problems towards their recent situation. The third part is reconstruction a new remuneration system to the KH Company. The whole plan includes the organization structure and the detailed work for each cored department. The new remuneration system contains evaluation of each employee’s salary and bonus, which helps increase bonus to encourage their work initiative.
