Gas station is the most important frontier in the sales of refined oil, and is one of the important facilities for the relationship between the social and the life of the residents. In the field of retail of refined oil, Petro China and Sinopec Group, the two long dominated the Chinese market dominant position, but with the gradual opening up of the refined oil market, including multinational corporations, other operators has to different forms and speed into the refined oil market, and become competitive forces should not be overlooked. In the long term, with the opening of the oil market, gas station industry development has entered the stage of free competition, competition intensified, refined oil sales profits will be gradually reduced, gas station convenience store business become the embodiment of gas station's competitive power is one of the important aspects, and gas station an important source of profit.In developed countries, gas station convenience store developed earlier and more mature, has accumulated rich experience, also achieved good results; while the domestic gas station operators, such as Petro China and Sinopec, has experienced different management mode of exploration, have to be convenience store business as a gas station management an important strategic change. Y company as a late start to enter the market in Shaanxi oil retail enterprises in the face of fierce market competition situation, but also fully carried out the convenience store business. Due to the experience and the network and other reasons, in many ways, especially in the competitive strategy, there are still a lot of expenditure is worth exploring.The thesis stands on the angle of refined oil retail company, starting from the actual situation of Shaanxi Province, the use of PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, in Shaanxi Province gas station convenience store development of internal and external environment to carry on the concrete analysis. And then through the Y company's internal resources and can be analyzed. Finally, the use of SWOT analysis method to build the matrix, the feasibility of the three competitive strategies for analysis, the final selection and Y companies match the competitive strategy, and then from the perspective of the implementation of the strategy to safeguard measures.
