Co, Ltd) was founded in three years, experienced the double stack stage which the industry market environment changes of the parent company and vigorous activities of the financial reform.The size of funds available imputation reduced drastically,liquidity risk happened sometimes,the control level of the internal liquidity risk needs to be improved.This paper combined environment background of domestic and international market. Firstly, the risk management and liquidity management of financial companies was introduced from theoretically. Secondly, combined the actual business situation since Shccig Finance. Co, Ltd established, the liquidity level was objective evaluated through the methods of data analysis, the big existence of liquidity risk was pointed out.Again, the problems and causes of liquidity risk management was concluded through the methods of case analysis, the asset security and profitability harm of liquidity risk was pointed out. Then, according the identified problems in this paper,a set of perfect liquidity risk control system was established from system goal, system principle, content system, supplementary for Shccig Finance. Co, Ltd. Finally, the suggests of external safeguards were proposed from people, money,goods three points for continued operation of the control system.This paper combined theory and practice, the vacant of prevention and control liquidity risk in Shccig Finance. Co, Ltd was filled, the internal management level was improved, provide reference for liquidity risk management of financial companies in the present stage under the new economic situation. |
