Modern manufacturing enterprises must produce low-cost,high-quality and diversified products in a short time in order to occupy a certain market share in the highly competitive manufacturing industry.Most of the domestic manufacturing enterprises choose to use multi-product and middle-and-small batch of flexible produce pattern to meet multi-personalized needs of the market.Such pattern requires a high-level material distribution in workshop because of its characteristics.Internet of Things technology takes off these years and is gradually applied in the manufacturing industry.In this paper,an intelligent distribution system based on IoT is studied and it has been used in Ningbo FJ Industrial Co.,Ltd.It has been proved to have good theoretical and practical value.The main research work and achievements are as follows:1.The paper analyzes the characteristics of f multi-product and middle-and-small batch of flexible produce pattern,and proposes a new distribution system based on IoT.2.The mathematical model of this problem is set up to maximize the distribution efficiency and the container loading rate,minimize the distribution distance and the time loss.A kind of Heuristic Algorithm is used to solve the packing problem,and the Genetic Algorithm is used as the main part of the model.The paper integrates the algorithm and it has been proved to be scientific and effective by computing a numerical example.3.By using RFID technology,material information can be sensed efficiently.By building WLAN network in workshops,with developing an Android 4.0 smart phone App as the carrier of the algorithm,the IoT technology is applied in the distribution successfully.4.The paper analyzes the practical case which has been conducted in Ningbo FJ Industry Co.,Ltd.After comparing the result under the new distribution system and the old one,it is proven that the new distribution mode can effectively improve the production efficiency and save the cost,so as to verify its feasibility and superiority.
