With the rapid development of logistics industry, the effect of distribution becomes more and more important in the whole logistics system. Distribution centers development becomes increasingly perfect, researches on distribution center location plays an important role in corporation strategic program, also center's network position and work manner, influenced logistics cost and service level. This paper emphasized on two points: established a new LRP model; designed a two-step algorithm, combined heuristic algorithm with genetic algorithm.This paper introduced logistics and distribution center correlation theory, stress analysis on distribution and transportation, summarized location problem's principal and objective, presented several basic location measure and models, also analysis the models'insufficiency.Considering the customer service function of distribution center, scholars always only consider transport costs, separated location problem and routing problem, and the routing is divergence, vehicle come back to establishment after visiting a client. Actually in some un-full filling problem, we use circuit route. Arranging the low demands clients in one line, we can plan routing problem and the location problem at the same time, reduce the transport costs efficient, enhance the facility using rate and filling rate, improve service level in consequence, reduce whole costs target, optimize whole logistics system and supply chain. For solving this problem, we comebined LAP model and VRP model, integrated a new LRP model. At last, this paper used heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm. Combining both advantages in solving LRP, designed a simple and effective two-step algorithm, then give an example to operate, proved the validity and feasibility.In conclusion, considering the complexity of LRP in reality, writer concluded research results and achievements, pointed out immature aspect of the model and algorithm, provided direction of further study.
