Technological innovation is increasingly becoming the core competitiveness of enterprises to obtain the source.Traditional model for innovation is,dedicated research and development personnel are from within the company to complete.In 1986,Von Hipple,wh o research on user innovation proves from enterprises outside of the “non-expert”groups pl ay an increasingly important role in the innovation process,but this conclusion was not bro ught to the attention of other scholars.In recent years,with the development of the Internet,customer identity of the general public to participate in the innovation more and more get the attention of scholars.At the beginning of 2015,the emergence of the public space of innovation,customers involved in innovative way more diverse,which provided the opportunity for enterprises to deal with uncertainty,complexity and diversity of environment.The customers involved once again became the focus of academic attention.This paper puts forward the customer participation has a positive and significant influence on enterprise technology innovation,and information sharing in incomplete intermediary role between the two related hypothesis,constructing the theory of research model.First of all,data were tested,validity test of customer participation,information sharing,enterprise technology innovation of KMO value is 0.864,0.839,0.939,respectively,more than 0.5 standard,which indicate that many factors intercommunity between the variables,Bartlett statistics significantly different from 0.00,which indicate that data has a high correlation and suitable for factor analysis.Through exploratory factor analysis,found that each item of the factor loading value between several factors have good degree of differentiation,which highly consistent with the concept of this study.Reliability test of each variable dimension in the Cronbach's Alpha value is greater than 0.7,which indicate that data reliability is higher.Then,through Pearson correlation analysis to all variables,this paper preliminary concluded its relationship.Finally,for information and common development,customers,innovation,information sharing,continuous innovation,the breakthrough innovation regression analysis between the variables,In eliminate multicollinearity problem,sequence related issues and heteroscedasticity problems,the study found that: first,customer participation in the Internet environment and enterprise's technological innovation has a positive correlation;Second,Information sharing between customer participation and enterprise technology innovation exists incomplete intermediary role.This study enrich and perfect the relationship of the customer involved in the Internet environment and enterprise technology innovation,hoping to be able to help enterprise managers selection suitable for their own mode of technology innovation,so as to continuously improve the level of technological innovation,and will help domestic enterprises as soon as possible to upgrade,optimize the industrial structure,to provides management reference for realize the transformation of economic development pattern and structural adjustment.
