With the fluent development and the improvement of science and technology,the information industry as an emerging industry sector,plays a important role in promoting the development of national economy.In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the development of information industry and supplied it with a lot of capital and talents.Thus,the industrial structure is constantly optimized and upgraded,the overall industry maintains steady growth,and the development of information service industry has become one of the links to speed up the transformation of the pattern of economic development.When the profit margin of information industry is greater than the market average profit margin in the overall industry,investors will see the profits,which will lead to increasing the number of manufacturers in the industry.The rapid development of information industry will speed up technology updating,enlarge the market elimination.Faced with severe market environment,information technology companies should consider how to use knowledge of management to adjust their strategy and draw on advantages and avoid disadvantages to achieve a steady development in the fierce market competition.this paper with the theory of enterprise strategy management,studies and discusses the strategic development environment?the development direction and implementation steps of LA company.In the paper,LA company's external environment and internal resources ability are analyzed by PEST analysis,Porter's five force model analysis,and SWOT analysis.In addition,the paper makes a research on the enterprise development advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges to provide direction for the correct strategy of the enterprise.What's more,the paper use the SWOT matrix analysis method to determine the enterprise development strategies,and finally it is concluded that the method of stable strategy combining development-oriented strategy should be adopted.In order to smoothly realize the strategy,this paper formulates the corresponding strategic implementation plan,including strengthening the internal management and coordinating development mechanism,adjusting and optimizing the structure of company organization,strengthening infrastructure construction,establishing and perfecting the marketing plan,focusing on creating a culture characteristics,etc.This paper focuses on the research of small and medium IT enterprises.In the fact that the market threshold is low,product is homogeneous,market is dramatically competitive,in order to improve the company's core competitiveness and achieve the company stable development for long,companies must know how to assess the situation,draw on advantages and avoid disadvantages,combine strategic management theory with their own conditions,and practically formulate and adjust the development strategy of the company.
