In the mobile terminal,working and passing the working paper have become a common phenomenon which expands the staff workplace and makes working time free.BYOD(Bring Your Own Device)office mode changes the way employees work,and improves employee productivity and job satisfaction.While it can encourage enterprises to enhance communication efficiency,decrease operating costs,and create more business opportunity for enterprises.BYOD office mode promotes the development of mobile information security industry.Currently,the security of mobile information industry become development and prosperity,and the mobile office become a trend,companies gradually promote mobile information technology.Many mobile intelligent terminal manufacturers,independent software developers and other information technology continue to develop mobile security information business,so the market is increasingly competitive.Beijing Winton Fidelity Technology Ltd.(abbreviation: Winton Fidelity)was established in 2012,devoting to providing enterprises with secure mobile office solutions.Under the information background of cloud computing and Internet plus,the company has experienced great changes.In this environment,the focus of research articles is how to deal with competition in the market,and conduct company strategy by detailed market positioning.Based on the basic situation of Winton Fidelity company investigation,this paper uses the Porter's five forces model,SWOT matrix analysis and other technical analysis models and methods to analyze the company's external environment and internal resources and capacity.Firstly,combined with the company's internal strength and weakness,external opportunities and threats,the paper establishes SWOT matrix to study different portfolio strategies in four kinds of different environments.This provides the basis for competitive strategy.Secondly,the paper clears the company strategic objectives.Through the feasibility analysis of three competitive strategies,the paper attempts to introduce some competitive strategies,including differentiation and focusing strategy to help enterprises to gain competitive advantages in the market.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of competitive strategies.This paper integrates theory with practice of Winton Fidelity company,under the ground of the issues and perplexities of current enterprise,and radical changing market circumstances,applies strategic theory to the practice of enterprise development thought and direction.It has great significance for Winton Fidelity company to deal with changing market circumstances,step off the business distress,achieve long-term,sustainable and rapid development.
