Takes Xingsha as the research object, uses the field investigation and visit with the form of questionnaire research, this paper analyzed the current necessity the existing problems and optimization strategy of the agricultural science and technology, and advocates the government should attach great importance to the development of farmers, and the media should focus on rural areas, farmers should put forward to strengthen own construction at the same time, to improve self learning, cultural quality of science and technology and the ability to accept agricultural new technology, new varieties. Combined with the two main aspects, namely the government and the market for the agricultural science and technology as the major transmission, to make the path of the agricultural science and technology more smooth.
