Research On The Propulsion Path Of Agricultural Science And Technology Service In Japan

Compared to foreign countries,China's agricultural science and technology services started late,as well as its function is relatively simple.According to the uneven of agricultural science and technology service institutions in China,the service system lags behind farmers' needs of production and living,the imperfect incentive mechanism,the instability of personnel of agricultural science and technology service,the relative shortage of investment in agricultural science and technology service,in order to adapt to the new situation both in domestic and abroad,we can learn from developed countries based on full consideration of our national conditions and public sentiment.In addition,Japan and China share many similarities in natural conditions,humanistic environment and agricultural development goals.Especially,Japan faces the task of relying on advanced agricultural science and technology services to promote agriculture in the long run,which is also China's task.To be concluded,through the prewar advised agricultural policy,Japanese agricultural science and technology service opened the prelude to modern agricultural science and technology service and promulgated the Agricultural improvement Promotion Act to promote the establishment of after-war agricultural science and technology service system,gradually reform the regional service system to improve the service system,adjust the path of agricultural science and technology service of each period so that it can be kept with the times,it has achieved better results in terms of laws and policies,system construction,team building,service funds etc.Through studying the development of Japanese agricultural science and technology service,analyzing its promotion path,summarizing the experience and lessons,we compare with the domestic situation,take the essence and discard the dross.This paper provides that perfecting institutional settings to guarantee the development of agricultural science and technology service,guiding the improvement of farmers lives synchronized with increasing of technology service,strengthening the combination of public welfare service and subsidy mechanism,paying more attention to the education of rural youth to ensure it will be carried forward,vigorously expanding the investment channels of agricultural science and technology and other inspirations.The paper is devoted to find the promotion path of agricultural science and technology service which is in line with China's national conditions and to provide the reference for the development and construction of our agricultural science and technology service.
