In China's vast rural areas, agricultural technology extending stations (hereinafter referred to as agrotechnical station) in agricultural technology popularization aspects play a role of agricultural technology popularization education and training, law enforcement and control function, demonstration guidance and guide, intermediary bridge, local staff function of agricultural technology development planning, which helps improve the farmers' cultural quality of science and technology, help to solve the outstanding problems in agricultural production and management, help to achieve agricultural production mode from extensive to intensive changes.In this paper, using the literature research,field survey method and case analysis method, analysis of cili county agrotechnical station the status quo of agricultural extension, reveals the cili agrotechnical station play a role of agricultural extension in the problem: agrotechnical station coverage is relatively narrow, give play to the role of agro-technique extension of villages and towns agricultural members play a role of agro-technique extension of overall capability is not strong, some members did not play a role of the most basic of agro-technique extension, some agricultural members play a role of agro-technique extension cannot actively developing its potential. To better play to the cili agrotechnical station in the active function of agricultural extension construction, adjust measures to local conditions in this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasure:first, a sound system of agrotechnical station management. The second is to strengthen the construction of agrotechnical station staff team.3 it is to gradually establish a multi-channel investment and financing of agricultural extension system. Four is to establish agricultural technology adoption of risk sharing mechanism. Five is to increase the farmers' modernity knowledge education and skills training.
