Construction Research Of ZJ Rural Commercial Bank Funds Transfer Pricing System

As the pace of interest rate liberalization reform are accelerating,the benchmark deposit rate floating range have been gradually expanded,the savings and loan spreads narrow rapidly,so that the survival deposit interest income of Chinese current banks will also be reduced,all commercial banks will shirt from extensive management to fine management and improve the ability of independent pricing in order to face the savings and loan spreads tightened test.The flat,vertical,fine management model has gradually become the mainstream direction of commercial banks.At the same time,along with the China banking industry to accelerate the pace of opening to the outside world,China's banking industry will face more severe competition and challenge,the competition in the financial services and financial product homogeneity will be more serious.All commercial banks are exploring the way of reform,transformation,and development,seeking the product differentiation in order to improve the independent pricing ability,so as to improve their core competitiveness.Therefore,it will be a trend that commercial banks will establish scientific and effective internal funds transfer pricing system from the fine management.Internal funds transfer pricing(Funds Transfer Pricing,referred to as FTP)is a more advanced management methods,which is used for optimal allocation of scarce capital resources,the rapid transmission of management decision making,more reasonable and fair conduct of business performance appraisal,in order to serve for the strategic development of the whole bank,increase the overall profitability and competitiveness.By learning from the FTP system construction on the basis of the other commercial banks,the author further discussed the reform of ZJ rural commercial bank capital management,the construction and the application of internal funds transfer pricing system.This thesis treated the FTP system of ZJ Rural Commercial Bank as the object.Firstly,introducing the research background and significance,research method and framework used in the paper,then elaborate the FTP theory.From Chapter III,the paper into the empirical part,by analyzing the original funds lending mode of ZJ Rural Commercial Bank shows the necessity of constructing the system of FTP system.From chapter IV the author began to focus on FTP project construction.Finally,the thesis expounds the achievements?application and its influence of FTP system.The research of internal Funds Transfer Pricing can help commercial banks to improve the efficiency of fund management and use,to reduce the liquidity and interest rate risk,correctly guide price and fair performance evaluation.At the same time,the research of this paper will be good to provide effective reference as other small domestic rural commercial banks' capital management.
