Aluminum processing industry is one of the pillar industries in our national economy;it has been developed massively with the rapidly expanding of our national economy and high-new technology.Though China becomes the biggest aluminum processing base in the world,it still takes time for us to develop from a large aluminum processing country to a great aluminum processing country in technology.The competing is very fiercely,the environments both in domestic and oversea for aluminum processing industry have been changed so much too.It is very necessary for our national aluminum processing enterprises to draw up a development strategy which is suitable for their enterprises.There are many strategy researches focusing on bauxite,alumina and electrolytic aluminum in domestic academia,most of these researches are done through qualitative analysis,which appears some subjective prejudice.The article herein is adopted a method combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis to structure strategy evaluation methodology,which is the better choice for an enterprise to figure out an objective and entire strategy and promote the enterprise sustained development.The strategy evaluation methodology structured herein is based on QSPMquantitative strategy matrix and qualitative analysis,the same methodology is applied in the research of RMIN Company who is one of the members in aluminum industry.The development strategy for RMIN is tried to constitute on such research,the strategic objective and implement measure are carried out accordingly.Hope this article on characteristic of practical could deserve for RMIN Company’s strategic management,and explore a strategic management research for the other kind’s aluminum processing enterprises in China. |
