In recent years,the development of private equity investment fund has made great strides,and private equity firms have sprung up to grow up.This not only because of private equity funds can provide sufficient funds,but because private equity funds to provide advanced management experience.As a key link in the private equity investment,it is very important to promoting the healthy development of private equity investments and maintaining continuous operation of private equity funds.Private equity investment fund exiting ways include IPO,mergers and acquisitions,management repo and liquidation.Because of the highest rate of return on investment,IPO is popular in all ways.Especially the gem promotes the development of the IPO exiting.But according to the Wind database,mergers and acquisitions in various ways to exit a larger proportion and the proportion of private equity investment fund in China that can be successful exit is smaller,only 13%.So how to implement a successful exit and to find exit system suitable for China's national conditions are very important.This paper expounds the four of private equity investment fund exit manner,and a comparative study,describes the current situation of the development of private equity investment fund in our country,analyzes the private equity funds in the problems faced in the development of our country,combined with the influencing factors of private equity investment fund exit analysis,in view of China's national conditions,from diversified development,establishing the secondary market,strengthen supervision put forward suggestions of perfecting our country's private equity funds to exit way,so as to promote the healthy development of private equity investment fund industry in our country.
