Research On Risk Management And Control In The Bidding Of H Company Tobacco Informationization Project

H Company as the application software and solutions provider company for tobacco operators also provides comprehensive operations support system solution.During their daily work,I realize that after completion of the project,people often do not achieve satisfactory results.Particularly in the large investment with construction of tension,relevance complicated projects are more difficult to achieve the tender and the bidder's goals.Analyze the reason,as a result that the project preparatory work is a key factor of successful implementation,especially in project's bidding stage where has many risks involved.During the bidding process,there are many uncertainties abound,and the ever-changing results.Risks often affect smooth progress of the project.Therefore,risk management and control are particularly important for the development of enterprises,This paper mainly contains the risk management of H Company during the bidding stage of tobacco information project.Firstly,summarize and classify the characteristics and bidding process of H Company's information project.Secondly find out risky areas and links.Analyze the degree of influence,refine and summarize the risk response measures which based on different risk degrees.Finally,provide the control methods for whole risk analysis,measurement and response.This paper summarizes tender risk management process and method for H Company's tobacco information technology project.Analysis characteristics and the tender management environment,also make responding measures.From the research of this article,the main purpose is that to reduce the risk of failure of project implementation,maintain the legitimate rights and interests of enterprise,to improve the quality of project implementation during bidding process of H Company's tobacco information technology project.
