PCB Producting Intelligentized Scheme Based On The Application Of Cloud Manufacturing In IBI Corporation

The theory of the Cloud Manufacturing was first putforward by the academician Li Bohu of the CAE(the Chinese Academy of Engineering). It is the fusion of the most advanced IT technology such as cloud computing, the Internet of things and the new technology of informationalization and intellectualization manufacturing. Nowadays, Could Manufacturing has been seen as the representative of new and high technology achievement which reflects the manufacturing inovation ability and comprehensive competition ability for many countries around the world. It has become a new manufacturing mode and technology means which can speed up the realization of Agile Manufacturing, Service Manufacturing and Green Manufacturing. This paper plan to explore the practical application model of the Could Manufacturing technology in manufacturing enterprises and map out a long term scheme for IBI and also provide reference for the informationalization of associated manufacturing enterprises.This paper is devided into six chapters. Chapter One is the conclusion section, which briefly describs the research background, the present situation of the research at home and abroad and its purpose and significance. Chapter two introduces the theory basis of Enterprise Informationization, Cloud Computing, the Internet of things, Cloud Manufacturing and also the application examples in the outstanding enterprises at home and abroad. Chapter three makes a detailed analysis on IBI’s present competitive situation through a variety of analyzing methods and points out the company’s main existing problems. Chapter four is about the solutions of the existing problems in the company which is based on Cloud Manufacturing and also discusses the design framework and operational processes; Chapter five estimates and analyses the system from economic feasibility, technical feasibility and security risk three aspects and puts forword the system risk assessment and the risk control measures,and then predicts the effect of the system.Chapter six summarizes the whole paper and briefly forecasts The future development direction.
