Xi Jinping Economy Development New Normal Ideology Research

The idea of “new normal” of economy made by president Xi Jinping is the new discovery and breakthrough on localization of Marxism in China and the frontier theory on the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.Under the circumstance of evident decline in China's economy,the idea serves as timely diagnosis.Research on the theory will help us have a better understanding on the new situation and new features of China's economic development and to grasp the new policies and new measures of the Party and Government.As the latest result of Marxism economy,the idea of “economic new normal” is the inevitable outcome of both disciplinary development and the development of times.The development history of China's economy from planned economy to market economy is full of twists and turns,on which the idea makes through reflection and review.To sum up,the idea of “economic new normal” has both theoretical and realistic basis.The most difficult part of this research lies on the complicated background and rich connotation of the new idea.This paper makes deep demonstrations and analysis on the new normal thought of economic construction of Xi Jinping by applying Document Analysis Method,Integrated Deductive Method and Method of Comparative Analysis comprehensively.Conclusions can be made through research: Firstly,adapt the superstructure to the requirements of the changing of economic base through reform,to boost the economic development to new normal smoothly.Secondly,grasp the connections between economic construction and other aspects,to boost the change and perfection of politics,economy,culture,society and ecology and establish complete institution system.This is also the innovation point of the research.The thesis consists six parts.The first part is the introduction which includes the research background,research value,research methodology and literature review.The second part studies the background of the “new normal” with focus on the achievements and problems since the implementation of reform and opening-up policy.The third part gives detail introduction of the main content of “new normal”,including its putting forward,connotation and features.The fourth part concludes the experiences and lessons from foreign countries in their economic transition,with Japan and Brazil as examples.The fifth part provides measures for China's movingtowards the phrase of “new normal” from perspectives of development laws,economic structure and drive modes.The six part is conclusion and outlook.The thesis comes to the conclusion that China must comprehensively deepen reform and promote the joint development in politics,economy,culture,society and biology.Under the leadership of the Party and government and through the joint efforts from Chinese people,China will achieve successful transformation and adaptation and enter the phase of economic new normal.We will achieve the objective of better-off society in an all round way and realize the dream of China's great rejuvenation.
