Study On Xi Jinping's New Normal Thought Of Economic Development

In May 2014,based on the domestic and international macro-economic development situation,especially economic growth situation in China,Xi Jinping put forward animportant statement that China's economic development had entered the new normal for the first time.Later on,Xi Jinping made a series of explanations of the statement from different perspectives,which eventually formed a relatively complete ideological system.The system profoundly reveals that the new normal of China's economic development is an important manifestation of new changes in China's national conditions and an important basis for the innovation of the Party's theories and practices in the new era.In this context,to understand and study Xi Jinping's thoughts on the new normal of economic development has obvious theoretical value and practical significance for comprehensively grasping the scientific and innovative nature of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping and implementing the Party's major practical strategy in the new era.In addition to introduction part,this thesis is composed of five parts.In the introduction,the research background,significance,methods and innovative points were elaborated,and the current situations of existing researches were sorted out and summarized.The first part is about theoretical conditions of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the new normal of economic development.From the two perspectives of basic principles of Marxist political economics and Marxist theory with Chinese characteristics,theoretical conditions for the formation of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the new normal of economic developmentwere analyzed.In the second part,practical conditions for the establishment of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the new normal of economic development were studied.From an international perspective,the profound adjustment of the world's economic pattern,the continuing turbulence in international financial markets and the obvious rise of international trade protectionism are all important external conditions;from a domestic point of view,opportunities and challenges faced by the sustainable development of China's economy and the “superposition of three phases” are important practical foundations.In the third part,the author mainly studied scientific system of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the new normal of economic development.By following a correct understanding of the new normal,actively adapting to the new normal and guiding the logic thinking of the new normal in a scientific way,the author introduced the theoretical framework and rich connotations of the new normal.The fourth part is about basic characteristics of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the new normal of economic development.In terms of methodology,dialectical,systematic and historical scientific thoughts of Marxism were presented;in terms of practice theory,the practical strategy of unifying the strategic plan with steady progress,innovation &development with keeping the bottom line as well as guiding the thoughts with practices was embodied;in terms of value theory,the people-oriented ruling philosophy and value position of the Party was reflected.In the fifth part,the historical value of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the new normal of economic development was discussed.The theoretical value of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the new normal of economic development lies in that it enriches Marxist political economics,develops theory about Marxism's localization in China and lays an important foundation for Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era;its practical value lies in that it offers significant guidance for the Party's governing the country,building a moderately well-off society in an all-round way and the sustainable and healthy development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
