Research Of Problems Existing In The Tourism Public Service And Countermeasure

Tourism public service is a important symbol when measuring city tourism industry is mature or not.Zhangjiajie is a famous tourist city at home and abroad,which tourism is in the dominant position in the economic development,developing and perfecting tourism public service is of great significance for the sustainable and healthy development of tourism industry.However,there are many problems in Zhangjiajie's tourism public service.Only around these issues for further research,we can promote tourism public service's improvement,and then promote the sustainable development of tourism.At present academia research of tourism public service mainly focused on the definition,classification framework and system construction,etc.,and from the perspective of customer satisfaction to evaluate tourism public service related research rarely.Based on this,the article using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the satisfaction of tourism public service detailedly,firstly constructs the evaluation index system of tourism public service level 3,the final weight of each index,determined by expert scoring after compile the questionnaire according to the index system,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey,through a formal investigation and the collected data processing,combined with the weight distribution to calculate the ultimate satisfaction score.Through the analysis of tourism public service satisfaction score,we found the current problems of Zhangjiajie's tourism public services from the Angle of tourists,such as the unbalanced development of tourism infrastructure,single tourism public information service,etc.According to these problems,we use the method of literature to explore the related reasons,mainly including the poor regulating and guidance of government,lack of construction funds,less social participation and so on.Finally,we combine the governance theory put forward the suggestions on perfecting the zhangjiajie's tourism public service,hope to t have a certain guiding significance to the construction of other cities' tourism public service.
