In recent years,with the high quality service and constantly improve the level of electric power supply enterprise,electric power supply enterprises at all levels in an effort to build a"market-oriented,customer-centric" new customer service system,build the occupation of customer service team,is an important guarantee to improve the image,the electric power grid enterprises to provide quality services to customers.At the same time,four service of electric power supply enterprises at all levels in accordance with the national Power Grid Corp proposed "("service of the party and state work,service,customer service of electric power enterprise,and social development)work requirements,combined with their own actual situation,has formulated the provisions to improve customer satisfaction and policies,so as to realize the electric power supply service to enhance the quality of the electric power users can enjoy more electric power supply service quality and efficiency,to ensure a harmonious and stable enterprise to the local social and economic development and make a significant contribution to the society.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic,describes the method of related enterprises to measure off the satisfaction of the product and the basic methods of current domestic and foreign evaluation of user satisfaction;through the investigation of Yulin area electric power supply enterprises satisfaction with the quality of the relevant circumstances,the electric power supply enterprise customer satisfaction and customer complaints are the preliminary analysis,and on this basis to construct the comprehensive satisfaction evaluation index system of electric power quality based on AHP,the Yulin area of electric power customer satisfaction evaluation analysis again,and then come to a comprehensive evaluation of the results.Through the application of the comprehensive evaluation method of the comprehensive evaluation,the customer satisfaction related to electric power supply enterprises in this area of outstanding level,effectiveness and related measures of indirect proof of the company to improve electric power supply service quality work in recent years.
