The famous management giant Peter Druck said "The competition between today's corporations is not the competition between products but is a profit model"Micro-enterprise is featured with practicality,completeness,high growth,dynamic strategy and quick response ability.It is the driving force of economic growth,and a basic factor for a country's overall economic growth as well as the social development.In this paper,by acquiring real data and related information on the basis for the study of micro-enterprises in our body,to analyze the characteristics of their development status and micro-enterprises,and profit model that based on the analysis of the constituent elements,to propose several features of the profit model according to micro-enterprises.The first part of the thesis is introduction,and it mainly introduces the background and significance of studying the profit model of micro-enterprise.The second part is research(literature)review,which mainly summarizes research results of micro-enterprise and profit model at home and abroad,thus laying a foundation for the further study.The third part introduces some features of micro-enterprise and its role in developing economy,which will lay a solid foundation for exploring a new profit model with Chinese characteristics.Part four analyzes the current situation,developing background and future challenges of our country's micro-enterprises.Part five puts forward several profit models to help enterprises optimize their own profit models,help them put resources and actions into their strong areas,and define their strategy to eventually get profits.This part also includes case analysis,which means to testify the effectiveness of profit models proposed in part four.The last part concludes the whole thesis,presents the shortcomings of the research and shows the author's expectations of micro-enterprise's profit models.
