In June 2015 when Xi Jin ping to research in Guizhou Province,he emphasized the scientific planning of the "thirteen five" period of poverty alleviation and development work to ensure that the poor will go out of poverty as expected in 2020 to achieve a comprehensive well-off.Tourism poverty alleviation is a new model for poverty alleviation and development,It links two questions together such as solve the problem of poverty and the development of tourism.These two issues are widely concerned by the people.To carry out eco-tourism poverty alleviation is not only the need to build eco-type countries,but also an important means to promote economic development,especially in the poor areas with rich ecological resources,this type of hematopoietic poverty alleviation has very important promotional value.It makes people in poor areas try through their own strength out of the poverty as much as possible.So there is an irreplaceable function of other ways of poverty alleviation.Taishun county is located in the southern part of Zhejiang Province,due to location constraints such as congenital conditions,social and economic is long-term in the province's backward level,and it is a famous mountainous poor counties in Zhejiang Province.But the unique geographical position has created its unique natural ecological and cultural landscape.For a long time,it is called "national ecological demonstration zone" and the provincial ecological county.From the"precision poverty alleviation" point of view,actively explore the coordinated development of ecotourism and poverty alleviation and development is not only an important initiatives to in-depth implement of the eighteen spirit of the Party,but also fully based on the advantages of ecological resources for tourism poverty alleviation and development,it is an important means of transformation and upgrading to promote the eco-tourism industry of Taishun county.This paper through the literature method,the interview method and on the basis of reading the relevant literature,effectively analysis the resources and environment and poverty alleviation work of Taishun County.The study found that it has a certain basis and conditions of Taishun County to carry out eco-tourism poverty alleviation.But there are still exsit some problems such as the top-level of government designs are unscientific,development of enterprises is not enough implement the preferential policies,the poor people are not registering clearly enough about their own roles,eco-tourism poverty alleviation lacks sustainability,and so on.On the basis of the relevant domestic experience,the study says that to do the work of Taishun County's eco-tourism poverty alleviation well,there are must do four things,firstly,to lead the construction of eco-tourism poverty alleviation through scientific planning,secondly,to rationalize the relationship between social organizations or enterprises between the poor,thirdly,to advocate the poor mainly benefit from tourism services,fourthly,to form a consensus to protect the ecological environment,because that is a golden rice bowl of Taishun County 's poverty alleviation.
