Research On The Countermeasures Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Longsheng County,Guangxi

Poverty has always been an important factor affecting human development.All the time,our country is committed to the path of poverty alleviation,finding the most effective way to reduce the poverty population.After the concept of tourism poverty alleviation in the 80 s of last century,tourism poverty alleviation has become an important way to solve the poverty problem.In recent years,the central and local governments attach great importance to poverty alleviation in rural tourism,tourism poverty alleviation is a way to get rid of poverty and become rich in poor areas.Compared with other ways of poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation by tourism is the "hematopoiesis" poverty alleviation,the efficiency of the allocation of resources is high and the social cost is low,and its strong market advantage,new industry vitality and huge driving role,It plays an increasingly significant role in China's poverty alleviation and development,a new force for poverty alleviation in China.In october2015,The CPC passed the "thirteenth five year plan for national economic and social development",clearly pointed out the implementation of the policy of precision poverty alleviation,improving the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,speeding up the process of poverty alleviation.This provides policy support for the promotion of tourism poverty alleviation in Longsheng,and brings unprecedented opportunities for developing tourism and helping the poor.The concept of tourism poverty alleviation is expounded in this paper,the relevant theories on Tourism poverty alleviation at home and abroad are introduced,several models of poverty alleviation at home and abroad in different periods are cited,the research and experience of different regions and different periods are listed.Taking Longsheng Autonomous County as an example,this paper analyzes the tourism resources in Longsheng county through field investigation and collection of relevant information on Tourism poverty alleviation in various aspects,and determines the existing advantages of Longsheng county tourism development.The local residents,poor households and grass-roots personnel in Longsheng county are interviewed.According to the data of the income poor households,the optimization suggestions are put forward to optimize the poverty alleviation of Longsheng county from three aspects of the actual effect,the perception effect and the sustainable effect.Starting from the poor population,taking into account the actual situation of the poor population,establishing the key tourism development direction and security system oriented by the government and market,so as to put forward specific solutions for the poverty problem in Longsheng county.The purpose of tourism poverty alleviation is to eliminate poverty and improve the quality of life of local residents.In the development of tourism poverty alleviation,the key is to really allow the poor to participate in the tourism development,so as to obtain the real income from the poverty alleviation,and help the poor to realize the role of tourism poverty reduction.
