Research On Investment And Financing Of Yunnan Tourism Scenic Spot Based On PPP Mode

Yunnan is trying to achieve a historical leap from a major tourism province to a tourism powerful province.From the current stage,the Yunnan tourism industry,especially in tourism area,is facing the challenge of product upgrading and structural optimization and adjustment.It is urgent need for large-scale investment to make up for the serious shortage of funds.Although the Yunnan tourism investment and financing has improved in recent years,the reality is that the overall status of it is not ideal.There are still a lot of problems,such as the channels are not smooth and the subject is not enough.Compared with other parts of China,the new investment and financing model of innovation and the using is still very backward.In the context of social capital,especially private capital investment in the large-scale investment in tourism industry,PPP model has been encouraged by the government and vigorously promote.it has been welcomed by all sectors of the community and has achieved initial success in many areas and industries.The good development trend of national investment and financingis in good agreement with the current situation of Yunnan Province,so it is imperative to implement the cooperation between the government and the social capital.In this background,this article focuses on the research of investment and financing of Yunnan tourism scenic area and solves the problem of it by using the PPP model.In the study,This paper analyzes the feasibility of the introduction of PPP model construction in Yunnan tourist attractions and based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the risk game model to make an empirical study of specific cases.It put forward reasonable suggestions are to provide reference for the development of Yunnan tourist attractions.There are four parts in the paper:The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter,in the analysis of background of the current rapid development of tourism,the study focused on tourism PPP model.This paper reviews the related literature at home and abroad,and makes clear the concept of PPP model and related theories,so as to provide support for thesubsequent PPP model in the investment and financing of tourism attractions.The second part includes the second chapter and the third chapter,the paper mainly analyzes the present situation,the development course and the main problems of Yunnan tourism investment and financing,and provides the theoretical and practical basis for the application of PPP model in Yunnan tourist attractions.This part plays a role of connecting link between the preceding and the following.The third part is the core of this paper,including the fifth chapter.This part is mainly based on the quantitative model analysis,including AHP and the risk game model.Based on the analysis of these two models,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of introducing the PPP model in Yunnan tourist attractions and identifies the reasonable attribution of risk responsibility,and puts forward some suggestions on the application of PPP model.The fourth part of the article is the sixth chapter,This part draws the conclusion of the full text,points out the insufficiency of this paper,and makes a further outlook for the future research and innovation.
