Research On The Influencing Factors Of CAICV's Innovation Performance

As a long-distance information network based on vehicles,internet of vehicle is revolutionizing people's life through “comprehensive perception”.At present,Chinese internet of vehicles industry is in the initial stage of development,and industry alliance has become an important form of Chinese internet of vehicles industry to realize technical innovation and promote the rapid growth of the industry.In the context of rapid development of Chinese internet of vehicles industry alliances,this article took “China Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance for the Intelligent and Connected Vehicles”(CAICV)as the object of study and empirically studied influencing factors on innovation performance of this industry alliance.This article is divided into four parts:Part one: analyzed the current situation,problems and trends of Chinese internet of vehicles industry and the CAICV by reading lots of domestic and foreign literatures,defined the evaluation scope for the innovation performance of the CAICV and determined the evaluation system for the innovation performance.Part two: identified main factors that influence innovation performance of the CAICV by combining qualitative analysis with qualitative analysis.The main factors are primarily at two levels-alliance network structure and government support.In addition,this part analyzed the characteristics of network structure of the CAICV and the computing of network structure indicators with complex network method,and drew the conclusion that overall alliance network is less than optimal yet government support is quite intense.Part three: analyzed causal feedback mechanism of the CAICV with system dynamics method,identified four main models of the alliance-innovation fund-led,innovative network attraction-led,network structure-led and intensity of governmentsupport-led,and built a system dynamics model to dynamically simulate main influencing factors on innovation performance of the CAICV.Part four: proposed countermeasures and suggestions regarding the optimization of the innovation of the CAICV according the results of theoretical analysis and empirical study.That is to say,at the government level,it is necessary to maintain intense policy support;strengthen the construction of standard laws and regulations;reinforce governmental supervisory mechanism,and make full use of government functions.At the alliance level,it is advisable to give play to leading role of core members when optimizing network structure of the CAICV,strengthen links between marginal members and hub,rationally control knowledge flow,make clear long-and short-term plan;and improve organizational structure and internal mechanism construction of the CAICV while perfecting alliance mechanism construction.
