Nowadays,the world's economic has becom a whole part because of global economic integration,and the copetetion in the market is becoming more and more fierce,the product is oversupplied,the buyer's market has become a very important part,also the form of copetition is turned from product to customer,customer's satisfication is the new style of the 21 century,as a result,getting cusomer's satisfication is the absolute choice of company,for market competition and development.Therefore,the objective and systematic measure of customer satisfaction has become one of the important work must be carried out.Also in the atmosphere of the clothing brand competition,businesses.On the other hand,in the fierce market competion,the company focus on shop's designation and the display of shopwindow,as well as clothing's display,to produce a huge visual hit for attracting costomer's attention,getting more profit from costomers.As we can see,to show and deliver clothing company culture,clothing style position,clothing design concept,clothing style details to costemers,clothing display is absolutely neccessary.In this paper,the research of customer satisfaction is introduced to the clothing display industry which has the potential of development but lack of marketing concept,which is of practical significance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of literature review of domestic and foreign research scholars on customer satisfaction,combined with the characteristics of clothing display,the concept model of clothing display customer satisfaction measurement index is constructed.This model is composed of several indexes.(2)Based on survey datas,custemer's satisfication of clothing display model is optimized by using such analysis methods as factor analysis method,regression analysis method,fuzzy analytical hierachy process.It shows that costmer's satisfication of clothing display consists of brand image and product combination,display quality,sevice,color and design,light.Brand image and product combination are the most important index.In the end,the model is corrected based on the optimization.(3)In a clothing brand enterprises as the research object,collect data through questionnaires,evaluation index system was established in this paper makes an empirical study,and obtained the enterprise customer display overall satisfaction level for the satisfactory conclusion.
