Financial Risk Analysis Of DH Seed Company

In recent years,with the increasing acceleration of marketization,the gradual liberalization of circulation system and price control of agricultural products,and the adoption and promotion of agricultural high-tech,agricultural market risk,technical risk and financial risk are becoming more and more prominent.As the important branch of agricultural industry,under the influence of the "thirteen five" planning and agricultural supply side reform,seed industry is facing more and more severe market competition pressure.Because it is difficult to adapt to the changes of market by means of the adjustment of capital structure and industrial structure,enterprises are facing increasing serious financial risk situation.If the enterprise does not strengthen the prevention and control of financial risk,financial risk will lead to serious financial crisis.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the financial risk of seed enterprise and put forward the prevention and control measures for the sustainable development of the seed industry.Based on the related theory of financial risk,this paper takes DH seed company as an example,and through the model analysis,financial ratio analysis method and empirical analysis method,combined with the case,carries on the thesis writing along the "theory of the collection to basic situation analysis,overall financial risk analysis,specific financial risk and causes analysis,risk prevention and control measures " basic ideas.First of all,this paper expounds the research background,significance,research methods and innovative points,combing the financial risk-related theory,expounds the concept of financial risk,classification and analysis methods,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following case analysis.Secondly,this paper introduces the industry characteristics and financial status of the seed industry,and analyzes the operating situation,governance structure and fund use characteristics of DH seed industry.Thirdly,based on the empirical analysis of the applicability of F fractional model to seed listed companies,this paper analyzes the overall financial risk of DH seed company through the F score model.The research concluded that the company currently has no financial crisis,but it has a high level of financial risk in the industry,which is caused by the irrational capital structure and low profitability.Fourthly,this paper takes financial indicators to analyze the specific financial risks of the three aspects of the company's financing,investment and operation.The results show that the company has the highest risk of financing,the secondary risk of operation,and the smallest risk of investment.The main influencing factors are capital structure,organizational structure,industrial structure and financial management system of the company.Finally,according to the causes of risk,this paper proposed financial risk prevention and control measures from financing,investment and operation of the three aspects.
