Since 2014,in the face of the complex and volatile macroeconomic situation,China’s chemical industry steadily transformation and upgrading,actively resolve excess capacity,there has been a steady rise in production,export momentum is good,the overall stability of market supply and demand,energy-saving emission reduction achieved positive progress,but a sharp decline in efficiency of the sector,investment in power.Market competition intensified forcing companies began to search for new market opportunities,in this environment,s Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd.as the nature of a private small and medium-sized enterprise is facing more and more pressure of competition.In the past,S Fine Chemicals Co.,Ltd.’s products are mostly exported to the international market.However,the increasing competition and the growing market leader position,making the S company only rely on the international market will face greater market risk and operational risk.In this paper,in view of the above problems,on the basis of literature review,a comprehensive analysis of the s Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd.is located in the macro environment and micro environment,using the SWOT analysis method,to investigate the enterprise’s superiority,the inferiority,the opportunity and the threat.Then take the different dimensions of the S Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd.market segments,and determine the northern region of China’s textile printing and dyeing industry as the future of the market,as the company’s target market.In this target market,should establish the positioning of the first domestic brands of EDTA products.Around this goal,this paper has formulated the corresponding product,the price,the channel,the promotion marketing strategy.The conclusion of this paper is helpful to S Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd.in the current complex market environment to choose the most suitable for their own development path,and so that enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to achieve sustainable development.
