LH Food Company Cost Management Diagnosis

As the process of global economic integration continues to accelerate,we are constantly experiencing the profound impact of the times of change on economic operations and business managers.Science and technology by leaps and bounds,the market is gradually becoming more mature,at the same time,competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce,in the face of such a situation,more and more companies want to invest with less resources to get more revenue.So reasonable cost management is a major issue for business managers.Most management is not only an important means to achieve profitability goals,but also an important way for enterprises to establish competitive advantage.Cost management is an extremely complex process,it involves all aspects of business activities.In practice,due to poor cost management,many enterprises fall in unfavorable situation,affecting the economic efficiency of enterprises seriously.Now the case study of cost management diagnosis is still lacking,the cost management diagnosis lacks systematic,scientific model and method system as guidance,the diagnosis is not good.Because cost management diagnosis is a very important aspect of financial diagnosis,it is necessary to carry out special and systematic research.Based on the financial information and field research of LH Company,this study investigates the production scale,operation status,financial status and cost management of LH Company.Starting from the cost performance,the study found that LH Company in the procurement process,production processes and sales aspects of the cost management issues of a systematic cost management diagnostic research to explore the LH Company cost management problems caused by the causes of these problems put forward the corresponding improvement measures.The traditional cost management only pays attention to the cost accounting,while ignoring the other aspects of business management for cost.Different from this,this study uses the concept and method of cost management diagnosis to conduct a comprehensive and systematic diagnosis,it not only manage and control the production cost of management,but also the whole process of production and operation,so that the diagnosis conclusion is more scientific,reliable.This study can propose many targeted and practical measures to provide a reference for LH Company managers making cost management decisions.
