Research On Urban Competitiveness Based On Smart City

Since the idea of the smart city was formed,the global smart city construction boom was gradually taking shape,Building smart cities has become to be an important way to enhance the competitiveness and solve the problem of urban development.China's economy was moving to the new normal,the Internet,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing as the symbol of the smart of urban construction,it has become an important driving force to improve the competitiveness of the city.At present,Although the smart city in China is in full swing,but based on the smart city's urban competitiveness related to little research,based on the smart city's urban competitiveness has not yet formed a unified,covering the content integrity,reasonable and effective indicator system.Based on the urgent requirements of building a smart city,This paper first summarizes the theory of urban competitiveness and the theory of smart city,and then,on the basis of accurately grasping the city's competitiveness and the concept and connotation of smart city,this paper constructs the evaluation system of urban competitiveness based on the smart city,as far as possible,Scientific,quantitative measures of the city's competitiveness,and guide the city managers to make scientific and rational development decisions.This article takes the city competitiveness as the research object,takes the wisdom city as the focal point.This paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and theoretical framework of urban competitiveness and smart city,and analyzes the mechanism of urban competitiveness based on "smart city",and lays a theoretical foundation for empirical analysis.Based on the analysis of the city competitiveness mechanism and based on the "smart city",this paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban competitiveness based on the "smart city",which includes infrastructure,technological innovation,environmental support,the quality of the public and convenience of life,4 one-level indicators,13 two-level indicators,27 three-level indicators.In order to verify the scientific and rationality of the evaluation index system constructed in this paper,this paper chooses 25 key cities in China,and uses the empirical analysis method of factor analysis and cluster analysis to analyze the urban competitiveness of the sample cities.According to the analysis,the conclusion is that Beijing,Shenzhen and Shanghai are ranked first,and the ability of scientific and technological innovation is strong;Hangzhou is in fourth place;Shijiazhuang and Harbin levels are lower.Compared with other urban competitiveness research,this article has its own characteristics.First of all,researching the issue of urban competitiveness from the perspective of smart city,and analyzing the mechanism of urban competitiveness based on "smart city" laid the theoretical foundation for this study,so as to ensure the scientificity and rationality of empirical analysis and to facilitate the expansion of follow-up research application.In addition,the research of this paper has pointed out the way to improve the competitiveness of the city,which has some practical significance.
