Along with our country economy high speed development, accelerating urbanization process, the improvement of people's living standards, makes industrial solid waste also shows a rapid increase trend. These solid waste not only pollute the environment, and caused a great waste of resources,more solid waste processing enterprises need to solve the problem of the increasing solid waste, reasonable treatment and improve the efficiency of resource utilization,and make it waste,promote the development of man and nature.In this paper, keep up with the trend of The Times, to the solid waste industry enterprise in non-listed company S company's enterprise value evaluation is studied.Income approach is the enterprise value assessment is the most widely used a method,based on the enterprise value evaluation guidelines "regulation, the enterprise value evaluation of the income method it is to point to will be evaluated enterprise earnings capitalization or discount to determine assessment object value. However, the determination of the discount rate is one of the difficulties of the income method, the objective to determine the discount rate is vital,a slight variation in the discount rate will have a significant impact on the result of the assessment of enterprise value.To all shareholders rights and interests of the company S value method of DCF model in the evaluation are analyzed by applying the method of income, is a lot of common fault of non-listed companies, namely artificial firm specific risk adjusted factor carried on the thorough analysis, and USES the wall weight evaluation method for enterprise specific risk adjustment coefficient was calculated, and thus it is concluded that more accurate specific risks of the enterprise value, thus more reasonable value of rights and interests of all shareholders.
