Border regions in geopolitics and geography refer to the regional range of neighboring borders and national boundaries.The border between China and Mongolia,which is located in the central part of Mongolia plateau,is an important part of the East Asian ecosystem and ecological barrier.In This paper,takes Dornod Aymag of Mongolia and Hulun Buir's of Xin barag right banner,Xin barag left banner,Manzhouli as the study area,baced on 2000-2015 MODIS13Q1 vegetation and LandsatTM,ETM/OLI remote sensing data,for china-Mongolia border region of land use spatial-temporal,intensity and hot spots,structure,vegetation cover spatial-Temporal characteristics were analyzed,and the use of binary Logistic regression analysis method to explore the driving factor,combined with the evaluation of driving factors on the sensitivity of ecological environment.The results indicate that:(1)The spatial-temporal characteristics of land use/cover changes:The study area is mainly dominated by high coverage grassland.2000-2015,high coverage grassland area reduced to 107710.12km2.Medium and low coverage grassland,farmland,sandy land,residential land,building land area is increased.Waters,wetland and forest area is decreased first and then increased.Saline area is increased after the reduced.In space,high coverage grassland in the north of Matad,Kerulen river and Uldz gol are reduce,barycentre is towards north derect 48?2.16?38.98?N,115?51?51.29?E migration.Low coverage grassland is increased,where in the northen of Matad,middle of Khalkhgol,southern Bulgan and Xin barag right banner.Khalkhgol sandy of Mongolia and the southern of sand zone with connected,sand area is expansion,barycenter southward migration.(2)Land use intensity and hot spots:During 2000-2005,Choibalsan city as the center of regional land use change intensity.2005-2010,Manzhouli land use change area heft of 57.135%.2010-2015,intensity of land use decreased from southwest to north trend.The hot spots in the three periods are located in regions with large population concentration and strong development,cold spots are located in sparsely populated border areas.(3)The change of land use structure characteristics: During200-2015,Xin barag left banner,Xin barag right banner,Manzhouli and Herlen counties of information entropy and equilibrium degree is higher than the average information entropy and equilibrium degree.The dominance degree of other counties is lower than the average dominance degree.Land use combination type has from high coverage grassland become high coverage grassland and medium coverage grassland comprise.(4)The spatial-temporal changes characteristics of vegetation cover: 2000-2015,The study area annual average NDVI value overall upward trend,the growth rate of 4.9%/10 a.The vegetation coverage are high in the southeast and northwest,but low in central.The quality of vegetation was mainly improved by slight improvement,accounted for 58.26% of the improvement area.The total area of vegetation degradation was 62726.37km2,the slight degraded accounted for the total degradation area of 46.95%.(5)Using binary Logistic regression analysis method,the ROC curve fitting is fine,and the driving factors of land use change are more differences.The land cover pattern and its change are closely related to the natural factors and human activities.(6)Border region of China-Mongolia,the sensitivity index of ecological environment between1.233-7.535.The study area is given priority to with slight sensitivity.Area of highly sensitive region is 3927.87km2,mainly distributed in Herlen,Xin barag left and Xin barag right banner.Area of moderately sensitive is 46794.81km2.The area of slight sensitive area is 79746.53km2,accounted for the total area of 46.95%.No-sensitive area accounted for the total area of 23.19%.Beacouse the county Chulunnkhoroot,Matad,Khalkhgol that vegetation coverage is high,amount of precipitation,live-stock and population less affected by human activities is small.
