As consumers become more rational,the overall development of the E-commerce industry experiences the transition from the brutal growth to the steady rise,and the throttle becomes an important way to increase the profits of electricity supplier.As the largest self-support E-commerce company in China,the logistics system of Company J is not only the guarantee of its efficient distribution services,but also a huge burden on operating costs.It is necessary to strengthening cost control for the sustainable development of Company J.With the introduction of automated storage facilities,single prediction is becoming more and more accurate,and the work flow is becoming more and more standardized.According to investigation and study,we found that there are many problems such as the idle time of the warehouse in Company J,the differences of the working hours and the backlog of orders.Therefore,it is necessary for Company J to optimize the scheduling to improve the completion rate and reduce the waste of labor cost.This Dissertation analyzes the factors which affect the Scheduling of the Operators Delivering out of Warehouse in Company J.According to the actual situation of warehousing operations,the total cost will be divided into punishment cost and wasted labor costs.In order to minimize the total cost,an integer linear programming model is established.This Dissertation uses neighborhood search algorithm to calculate the frequency and the labor number of each work link.Finally,through the field investigation and data collection in Company J,the actual production data is used to investigate the model and verify the feasibility of the model.The results are analyzed and discussed,and the validity and practicability of the model are proved.Most of the present study is about static scheduling,which is to optimize resources allocation effectively and schedule tasks reasonably based on the existing known production tasks,to complete production tasks in the certain time.The object of this Dissertation is the E-commerce enterprise.The number of orders are dynamically changing over time.Therefore,the research in this Dissertation can be used as a reference for scheduling problem under order fluctuation.The paper has 10 figures,18 tables,40 references.
