With the promotion of China's "Internet +" strategy,Cold chain logistics industry through the integration of the development of the Internet had an unprecedented momentum of development,coupled with the concept of consumption and living standards continue to improve,to promote the community to fresh products as the main target of high efficiency logistics services demand doubled,these factors on the cold chain logistics put forward a new test on distribution efficiency,cost and quality of service.At present,China's cold chain logistics lacks scientific and effective systematic planning,theoretical research results and the actual distribution environment out of touch,resulting in cold chain logistics and distribution costs remain high,customer satisfaction is not high,the distribution of low efficiency and other practical problems,these factors constrain the cold chain logistics and the current development of the logistics industry synchronization.In the cold chain logistics system to optimize the distribution route of service quality plays a decisive role,through the research on cold chain logistics distribution path optimization problem,realize the efficient distribution of the optimal cost become an urgent and important issue to the real traffic environment for the study of cold chain logistics distribution optimization of the background has the practical significance.In this paper,we study the optimization of multi-target dynamic vehicle routing in cold chain logistics with soft time windows under the above realistic background.The customer satisfaction,time reliability and distribution cost are set as the optimization target of this paper.On this basis,the multi-objective dynamic route optimization model of time-dependent cold chain logistics distribution is constructed based on the actual distribution environment.In the aspect of solving algorithm,this paper combines the genetic algorithm with the artificial bee colony algorithm,designed artificial bee colony-genetic algorithm and programing combinatorial algorithm for solving model by MATLAB 2014b.Finally,through the combination of practical cases,the application of artificial bee colony-genetic algorithm and the establishment of multi-objective dynamic cold chain logistics and distribution optimization model for case analysis to further demonstrates the practical application value of the research results in this paper.
