Analysis On The Theme And Evolution Of Endowment Insurance In China

The old-age insurance system plays an important role in improving the living standard of the elderly as a kind of institutional arrangement that protects people from risk after their old age.However,in the increasingly aging population,the family pension function is difficult to play role and other factors,the sustainability of the pension system itself is more and more questioned and challenge,it has experienced a few decades after the development process,has been in constant reform and improvement of the changes.To meet the actual needs of the development of pension insurance,and related to the theoretical literature is endless,the relevant theoretical research results are constantly converging and gradually mature.In order to grasp the overall situation of the theoretical research in the field of old-age insurance in recent years,first of all,this paper uses the relevant endowment insurance literature published in CSSIC from 2000 to 2015 as the data source,taking the word frequency statistical method as a reference,combined with SATI literature This paper describes the statistics of the literature,such as the change of the literature quantity,the core author group,the research institution and the journal periodicals,and constructs the co-occurrence matrix of the high frequency keyword in the field of old-age insurance research through the co-word analysis method.Based on the analysis of this foundation,this paper draws a series of visual analysis software such as SPSS statistical software,Netdraw and Citespace,and draws out the knowledge of China's old-age insurance research for more than ten years by combining clustering analysis,multidimensional scale analysis and social network analysis.Which can be used to analyze the development of old-age insurance,and finally through the analysis of income,we can see that the study of old-age insurance in recent years focused on five hot topics,namely,sustainable development of old-age insurance,rural endowment insurance,pension insurance system reform,Pension insurance fund management,pension model.On the basis of the specific research contents of five hot topics,this paper,combined with the perspective of dynamic analysis and the policy environment of the country in the field of old-age insurance,summed up the research of old-age insurance in the budding,preliminary development,steady and perfect And the diversity of thesefive stages of the study of the main issues.Finally,combined with the endowment insurance the connection between the keywords and change rule in each of the excavate potential future research hot topic,to predict the future research will focus on delay retirement,level as a whole,endowment insurance agencies and institutions,pension potential hot spot topic.
