Family enterprises in China has experienced from scratch,from weak to strong,has now become the main force of support and promote economic growth in China.Especially in TaiZhou,Zhe Jiang province.With the advantage of the private economy and family business,TaiZhou as backward area become coastal developed areas in ZheJiang province.And made the remarkable "Tai Zhou phenomenon".But as the stage of development,the change of development environment,development conditions,family enterprise generally encountered "grow up","live" soon,energy shortage,the development of the low benefit "bottleneck".looking from the practice of,the family business to introduce professional managers still exist many problems,including professional managers to move,"," phenomenon,lack of competence and motivation failure,etc.Therefore,establishing and perfecting the family enterprise incentive mechanism,giving play to the role of good professional managers,will become one of the key factors of family enterprises break through the "bottleneck".With ZheJiang YY Company as the research sample,this paper mainly studies following the introduction of professional managers in family enterprises,and how to optimize and improve the incentive mechanism and further play to the role of the professional managers should have,and put forward Suggestions:On the one hand can help ZheJiang YY Company professional managers incentive mechanism to provide guidance,help enterprises to further standardize the management,enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise;On the other hand,can provide reference for other similar family enterprise,give play to the role of professional managers,improve the management level,to promote enterprise development and extend the life cycle.
