Economic globalization on one hand the world economic developed to a new level,on the other hand also caused a variety of international trade friction and disputes have occurred.Some countries can not bear to let each other,and there is a growing trend,which is very unfavorable to the world economy.WTO multilateral trade system in this context,established a good reputation,the results significantly,to speed up the pace of development of world trade.But behind the success,we have to see the dilemma facing the WTO,because the WTO itself is not perfect,and with the external environment changes,there will be a series of new problems,if these problems can not get very Good solution,will affect the WTO multilateral trade system,may also affect the world economic pattern.Not only that,regional trade organizations continue to improve the status of which,TPP use their own advantages and the development of high goals in all regional trade organizations in the sudden emergence,so the final TPP will largely make the WTO face serious situation.The first part briefly introduces the development of WTO and TPP,the production of regional trade organizations and the development of regional trade organizations.In the first part,the paper introduces the development of WTO and TPP,The third chapter mainly explains the influence of the regional trading system on the WTO,there are positive and negative aspects of the WTO,and the differences between the TPP and the multilateral trade system in the regional trade system are inseparable from the WTO.The fourth chapter from the WTO's internal and external problems show that the system needs to be reformed,to promote national trade development and economic globalization and lay a good foundation.
